If you do not know the Blackheath/Greenwich area very well we will be happy to not only show you our properties, but also give you a short guided tour - with no obligation on your part.

Financial matters

The staff at The Blackheath Property Company are dedicated to finding you a property that meets your needs and at a price you can afford. We will always give you a candid description of all our properties and will negotiate on your behalf with the landlord whose main aim is to get the best possible tenant for their property.
Please note that we do not charge any fees for finding you a property,
but you do have expenses.

There is a charge of £35 per person for obtaining and checking references. There is also a one-off charge for installation, tenancy agreement and administration of £50.
